Around 150 people enjoyed the first Sunday Serenade on 25 August. The performances were amazing, the choir conducted by Mrs Jill MacDonald was fun, and the afternoon tea was scrumptious! But the most noteworthy feature of the afternoon was the community spirit that was so evident in the audience. And people gave so generously to our cause of fundraising for the Hall Restoration—just shy of $1000 was collected on the day in admission tickets and donations. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in organizing this wonderful event, and to answer that recurring question—yes, there will be more!
